#25 – Screaming Kid Refund
Nothing can ruin a moviegoing experience quite like being seated near a crying or screaming child or baby. It’s distracting, and a lot of the times you don’t have the option to go to another seat because the theater is busy. If it’s one of those screenings that’s specifically made for mothers with young children (look those up if you’re a new mother, by the way, they can be very helpful), then you’re out of luck.
However, if it’s a primetime show for a blockbuster, it’s likely that you can get your money back. Just simply explain to a manager during the film that there’s a crying baby near your seat and it’s too busy to change seats. As long as you’re calm, you’re probably going to get a refund, a seat in a different theater with the same film and probably free concessions or future movie tickets.
