The Top 30 Songs of 2018

30. Say Something – Justin Timberlake ft. Chris Stapleton

Teaming up with country singer Chris Stapleton, Justin Timberlake released “Say Something”, the third single from his “Man of the Woods” album. When meeting, Stapleton was simply writing songs with Timberlake, but the former NSYNC singer flew out to California and decided on a duet where Timberlake gave him free reign. The result ended up being a pop-country-rock crossover hit that hits all the right notes and appeals to a lot of different fans.

29. Good Old Days – Macklemore ft. Kesha

Upon making her triumphant return to music (and dropping the dollar sign from her name), Kesha teamed up with rapper Macklemore for an emotional song called “Good Old Days”. Producer Ryan Lewis was able to combine the two artists’ disparate talents; they created a pop song that Kesha said “reminds [her] of being 16 chasing wild dreams not knowing those moments would be so precious.” Apparently, a lot of listeners agreed with those sentiments.
